The front panel wires that come with case that need to be installed to my motherboard are a great deal different than my older cases. This time the case manual doesn't address installing the power sw and power LED etc. wires and I am at a loss for where I should put them! I looked in my motherboard manual and if I were to install them according to the motherboard manual then the power led pins would leave no room for the power sw! With my older cases there were two single pin power LED wires where as now there is a 2 pin power led as well as a 3 pin. My Motherboard model is an MSI 760GMA-P34 (FX)

On your motherboard over by the button battery to the left and slightly above are two connection ports labled JFP1 and, next - inboard, is JFP2.

Trusting that I am looking at the correct board. Here:

I zoomed in to find the ports.

Just sketch out a quick connection diagram and if all the pins and colors match you should be good to go.

But if there is any concern, then look for a second way to confirm and verify.

That is one of the only photos I found, out of the bunch there is the power LEDs which are connected with the power sw. Power sw requires two pins, and one power LED requires three and the other two. Unlike my older case there seems to be an absence of a HD LED and Reset sw

Thanks.

Unfortunately I can only see the upper half of the photgraph. The bluish connector has USB markings so I am not really sure what that harnessing is.

However your mother board has the standard 20 + 4 pin configuration.

Does this link match your user manual?

I downloaded the zip file and there is a pin diagram within. Not clear as you have found and stated.

My pin "tally" is still mismatched so I must be missing something.

Do you have a PSU? How many pins there?

Yes, that's the manual that I have. I am using a EVGA 850 G2 power supply..
Here is a link to the motherboard manuals diagram on the pins if you need it

I think I found something, so the power led wires may be in this case used for the JFP2 pins..

Grab your motherboard manual and open it to section 1-4, in the lower right you'll see something named JFP2. In section 2-14, look at the diagram for JFP2. Pins 1 & 5 are what you want to connect the Power LED to. If your 3-pin is labeled with a + and -, the ground (-) goes to pin 1. If it's not labeled, usually the ground is either the black or white wire.

I transferred all of the components to the new case last night and it was a success! I feel kind of dumb about the I/O panel wires turns out the reason they would never work is the power LED the had three pins was optional for people who used a different format of pins! Thank you for your help!
