Question I only have 1kbps of network?

I am checking my network through windows run command, resmon.exe.

I have spectrum wifi that gives me 100mbps of wifi

i have a netgear nighthawk R7000 router and a netgear CM400 modem

I am using an ethernet connection that goes directly to my router

are you checking it while sitting idle or downloading something?
