i only have product ID for my windows 8.1 packard bell laptop and i want my product key can you help me?

The key should be on the computer, possibly on the bottom, somethimes it's under the battery.
If you can't find it, contact Packard Bell and check with them.

Win 8.1 key is normally not on the laptop, but 'stored' inside the bios by the OEM (Packard Bell in this case),
you most likely need a key finder, like Jelly Bean, or Belarc to get it.
If you are 'reinstalling' the OS, as long as it is an OEM version, it will get the key on it own.
