i only have usb 2.0 USB how do i get 3.0 USB ports

My motherboard is msi model MS-7529 I would like to know if I can install a pci card with 3.0 usb outlets

Your board has PCI slots, so get any board with PCI interface (not PCI-Express).

But - what you would use USB 3.0 for?
