i ordered a 980ti but newegg sent wrong item and i was wondering how good newegg are with refunds when its there fault?

they sent me someone else package the gave me rma number and had me send item back. it was neweggs fault so they offered full refund and sent me 50$ gift card. now i have to wait till they recieve package before i get refund. so how good is newegg on refunds for mistakes on there side?
 
okay thanks it lowers my worrying i planned on getting this for my bro for xmas but now i have to wait till i get money back before i can re order it.

well i already have someone helping me but just wanted to confirm that newegg owned up to thier mistake and fixed it i have bought alot of pc components from newegg over the years and this is the vary first time i have ever had an issue. 685$ is alot of money to worry about.
 
well newegg recieved the wrong item they sent to me. back yesterday morning but now the person i was emailing with from newegg is ignoring me and paypal still has not had a refund initiated. i just messged julia on here to see if she will look into the matter for me. i saved all emails sent back and forth downloaded the original return shipping lable as pdf took screenshot of confirmation of delivery on ups tracking website and have had paypal informed since the beginning.
