I overclocked Intel celeron socket 478 @ 3.0Ghz was 2.8 that's 10 percent increase
So temp in Everest is 35 degress and at BIOs its 40.

Which is correct and is it safe temperate?

P.S If u need any extra information then I increased FSB by 10 which was 100 now 110

I get temps 8 celcius lower than in BIOS on my Phenom II, so I just go with the higher one just to be safe. For you, Both temps are very close to each other so they don't make much of a difference, and you're well in safe temp ranges, meaning you have much more OCing potential. My pentium 4 idles at 45 celcius or so at stock, and a bit higher OCed by 150mhz (15x210), so you're well off with your centrino, better than my P4 😛
