I just overclocked my core and the monitor is black screen and I can still here audio. I feel like I am gonna cry

Try turn off pc by holding the power button down. Open the cabinet, unplug the gpu. Turn on the pc. Wait until you know it's booted, shut down again. Plug gpu back in.

Reset your bios manually on the motherboard. It'll be right in the manual
