I own a dell insperion with nvidia geforce 920m, ram 8 GB , i5 fourth generation 2.2gh . BT I still can't run latest games

If you want a gaming PC you will never beat a desktop for both performance and upgrade ability. Upgrading laptop hardware is an expensive and difficult endeavor that won't end in playing the latest games on high settings. My opinion is you should sell your laptop and build your own gaming desktop. If money is no object and you need an easier way buy a prebuilt PC and upgrade it's GPU and RAM.
