Link works but video not working so I have to watch it on youtube.

Interesting to see the ipad against the man who chops siu mei in Chinatown (or in this case, Hong Kong, but you get the same thing in many Chinatown), especially the bit where he force the corner of the knife into the chopping board so that the knife stands on the chopping board.
