I plugged in my ram backwards!

So I just built a new gaming pc, when setting it up I plugged in the ram the wrong way, I noticed it like 20 min after and put it back right. I turned on my pc, and nothing was showing up,I'm pretty sure there's no damage but I don't know what to do from here

There is a notch in the RAM. It prevents it from being installed "backwards" It just won't fit. You might have put RAM in the non-optimal slots, but unless you used a hammer, you didn't put it in backwards.

KaneWolf I forgot to say that my pc WAS turning on but nothing was showing up on the monitor

You need to provide more info... Provide the complete list of hardware in your PC. Do you have a speaker connected to your motherboard?
