I pressed the file button because I couldent find explorer.exe so I typed it in and it worked now my laptop works

But now I tried opening internet and it says internet explorer can't open while file explorer is running with administrator privileges. Restart file explorer normally and try again. But how do I do that?

Type in explorer.exe in your windows search bar
Right click on it and pin to taskbar
Reboot your system
Try opening explorer from your taskbar, might help
