i purchased laptop dos os can install windows 8.1. If install is there any problems

i buyed a new laptop ...HP Compaq 15-s005TX Notebook (4th Gen Ci3/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Free DOS/ 2GB Graph) (J8C09PA)(Black) ...which as free dos now i want to instal windows 8.1 is it possible and how..? please help me thanks in advance

Beats me. Try it and tell us if it works. A machine sold with DOS is pretty clearly sold for the purpose of installing another OS on it.
What kind of Win8 license (retail, off another machine) do you have?

I see info on HP's site for Win8 on that machine, so it will likely work.
