I put a password on log on to windows 7 on my laptop, but one of the letters has frozen so can't enter the password, how do I go past the frozen key? Dell laptop.

Get the keyboard replaced, no one here is gonna help you bypass a password for any reason. No way to verify it is actually your laptop.

plug in a usb keyboard, also get on ebay and order a new keyboard for the laptop
