Question I ran CHKDSK /R and its stuck on stage 4, also my hdd is stuck at 100%

My hdd was acting strange so i tried to fix it. So i tried CHKDSK at first everything was fine but at stage 4 it was very slow now it completely stopped. My hdd shows on task manager 50% disk and on performance 100% from time to time it goes down

PS. This is seagate hdd bought it from amazon 1 and half months ago and don't have anything important on it just games

if you can check it's status/health with CrystalDiskInfo , assuming the drive in question is not an OS disk...
