I'm currently running Windows 10 enterprise LTSB version 1607. I do not have a VL.

If I can legally obtain any iso for windows 10, which should I change to? I mostly use my pc for gaming, work & movies. I don't want any extra bells & whistles (which is why I loved ltsb while it lasted).

One important piece of information- I'm lazy. I don't want to have to do a fresh install but I will if I must. Is LTSC 2019 my best option? I know I can't directly update it; I would have to do a fresh install. If not that, what else?

Thanks!

Solution
The ISO is freely available from MS, 64bit, win 10 home is what does everything that most people want.

Then you just buy a license, you'll probably need to reinstall.

You will have to do a reinstall under your circumstances. Take a full system image backup, a separate user data backup for all accounts, and use something like Belarc Advisor to get an inventory of your installed software so you can collect the installers for use on the fresh system.
