so im getting really pissed, my system will randomly alt-tab its self when in games and other programs, i have no clue what the cause of this is. i have done multiple scans for viruses and have used malwarebytes (which i hate that program) and my system is clean, im just getting really frustrated with it doing it because some games dont like being alt-tabed and crash. if you have any ideas on what this could be please help me.

Can't really help you with that unless you give some more detailed information such as:

- What type of PC you are running (laptop / desktop)
- If you're using a desktop what hardware are you running (CPU / GPU)
- What operating system you are running
- any history of software updates or if you have attempted a system restore
- What anti virus software you are running
- Exact text of any error messages or blue screens you are getting
- Any history of driver updates
- What software you are trying to run

a quick google search landed this as the top hit http://www.howtogeek.com/194811/how-to-prevent-the-windows-key-alttab-and-sticky-keys-from-ruining-your-gaming/

looks like a solid way to disable the shortcut combos. this would solve the issue if the shortcut was disabled altogether.
never tried it myself but have read about it elsewhere as well.
