I really need help figuring out what pc/gpu this is.

Can someone help me figure out what gpu this is? I'm looking to trade and he doesn't know what gpu it is. He said he bought the pc from ibuypower for 500$ during blackfriday 2014. Any help would be appreciative, he doesn't know what pc it is either.

If it's Windows, go to the Device Manager and the details will be there for the GPU and CPU. CPU will be under Processor, and GPU under Display Adapters.
