Question I really need help with this part

Hello. I recently decided to go full custom loop and in the process of taking my GPU block back off to check that everything was touching properly, a stand-off on the block came loose.
I tried to be very careful holding it with needle nose pliers and managed to knock off a part next to my PCIe. Can anyone help me identify this so I can get it fixed? It looks like a soldier shunt on the end with the lock for pcie slot. There are 4 in this spot. A solder then 2 black then from what I have looked at it's another one that looks like the first.
