Question I really need help

Hello I need help ASAP I have a msi mpg z390 motherboard with a 6th gen i5 with a 750watt thermal take power supply and I also have a msi gtx1050ti graphics card with a 500gb solid state drive with 2 sticks of 8gb Corsair vengeance lpx ddr4 2400mhz and a liquid cooled cpu Corsair cooler the problem that I am having is that when I power up the pc the ez debug ram light comes on the pc powers on for like a second and then turns itself back off and it does it over and over I got new ram so I know it isn’t that I really don’t want to take the motherboard back so is their a way of fixing it without bringing it back please help me

There could be one of several factors here. It's more likely the PSU that's failing than the motherboard. If you have another PSU handy I would try using that first. If you still have an issue then it's more likely the motherboard is failing. Most likely something could have got bent / broken or there's a connection somewhere that isn't functioning properly.
