I recently bought parts from Amazon day. I need more storage space so I bought 2 TB of Samsung 970 EVO m.2 SSD and since I was upgrading I end up buying more ram (the same ones I bought for my pc 16 GB G. Skill Trident Z RGB ddr4- 3200MHz) so now I have 32 Gb of ram

When Installing I had a couple of issues

1. The fan on the CPU cooling tower was blocking the way of the RAM slot so I had to move it to the opposite side. I don’t think that the issue cuz the CPU is still cool

2. It was hard to put the new ram into the ram slots. I had to press hard to get both sides to click. It reads that it is installed on the bio and the RGB lights up

3. Had to remove my graphic card to install the SSD and there was no screw to hold the m.2 so I had to find a screw to hold it down.

After installing the parts my pc would keep resting and only allow me to access the BIO or Reset.
