Question I recently built myself a gaming pc (first time) but it runs 15 and below frames in games

I have tried many games and they all run badly. my cpu is i5-6500 CPU if that helps.

Awaiting specs but off the bat I'm hazarding a guess you're plugged into the motherboard video out (rather than a discrete gpu) and are using the integrated graphics
