I recently installed a NetGear router to my PC in order to do online gaming. Now my laptop does not connect to the internet. I have spent over 9 hours on the phone with Centurylink (the internet provider); Netgear (the router) and HP (the laptop). Each one says its not their problem. The laptop can find our connection, it says "Connected". However it then says "Internet access denied". Can anyone help me?
