[SOLVED] I recently installed an crappy antivirus which altered the windows settings and now not allowing programme to attach system tray notifier

so most of them are crashing i got this proiblem by seeing the logs of softeware which gave an error

[system_notifier] [error] Can't attach system tray notifier - 0
PLEASE SOME ON HELP ME

Unless you can get a legitimate Anti-Virus installed onto your system, format and reinstall is pretty much your only option.
