I recently installed Windows 10 and "=" is not working!

Hello,
So im progrmaming with a few languages and i often need to use "=" (i just copy and pasted this),today i installed a fresh copy of Win 10 (was using 7 before) and my "=" doesn't seem to be working,my key seems to be functioning fine..I tried different ENG keyboards (ENG Us,ENG Us international,ENG UK..)but none seem to be working..Any help,it would be sooo annoying having to paste "=" everytime i need to use it for programming..

Nope,on Win7 " wasnt working and on Win 10 "=" isnt working..
For the " i tried two different keyboards and it didnt work on either one..
