Ok so once i updated , bare in mind everything was fine before this :/. I kept getting display driver not respoding and stuff , and tried uninstalling and reinstalling clean instals nothing worked. so i downgraded back to windows 8.1 and now im still getting the problems every now and then the screen randomly goes off , then if i wait around 1 min it comes back. I feel it could be the cpu over heating but im not sure

Okay, so you upgraded to Windows 10 and judging from your statement, the video driver is not compatible with the stock drivers for the GPU. So from here, what I would do is download and reinstall the drivers for Windows 8.1. Cause if it's still having issues, some of the Windows 10 driver install may still be active. Either that or try a system restore to before the upgrade, that will fix it.

I tried that :/ thats the problem but i have noticed that my CPU is at 84 degrees and im only on my desktop ? could this be causing the screen to go black and then come back after some time somtimes i have to restart my system

It's normal for processors to be hot like that, that's fine. If you're concerned about it, there is heatsink stuff you can buy to keep it cooler. But the processor being hot like that is most times normal depending on the load.

Have you tried a system restore?

Start>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore

This is a feature that you can use to restore your computer back to a time when everything was working (assuming system restore is activated and it has points available before the upgrade).

If you find this is available, it's most times normal for it to not work the first time you try it. Keep consistently trying it and selecting other dates if they're available.

Then the only other thing I can recommend is completely uninstalling the video drivers and installing them again. To completely uninstall will depend on how they were installed. Check Control Panel>Add Remove Programs and Windows Updates>View Installed Updates. These areas will tell you what's installed and what isn't. Remove the drivers from these areas and reinstall.
