So I decided to reinstall windows 11 and my version before said Windows 11 Enterprise but when I went to install it didn't have the enterprise option available. I decided to install Windows 11 Pro instead but I don't have an activation key. In my Microsoft account then in devices, I see that my device before my reinstall is still there. Is there any way to move that windows to my current one?

You can do this using the Windows activation troubleshooter.
Since you can still see that your previous device is there MS account, follow these steps:
  1. Go to Windows update and security.
  2. Click on Activation
  3. Click on Troubleshoot
  4. Click yes on the next UAC prompt
  5. Wait till the troubleshooter diagnoses the issue
  6. After that, click 'i changed hardware on this device recently'.
  7. On the next screen sign into your MS account using email and password
  8. Next step is to enter your current windows password (the one u use for sign in)
  9. You will then see a list of your previous devices. You will see the previous device too, click that device
  10. Then click next.
  11. If it doesn't allow you to continue, take note of your previous computers name
  12. Then open settings and go to the about section to rename the pc
  13. Rename the pc to the name you have noted down in step 11
  14. Restart the machine and run the same steps from 1 to 10

I've done that already and it doesn't allow me to continue after I click hardware changed

It is not pirating, if you use unactivated windows for evaluation/testing purposes.
This is perfectly legal.

If you crack activation without buying a license - that is pirating.
Can I use this Windows like normal cuz it says its activated in settings and im not using this for evaluation or testing

Before it said unactivated and when i went to troubleshoot and hardware change it said that it was not able to activate it automatically. I then went to google and found that website at the top so i just went in and chose my previous windows version and put in the code
do you know what that website is? what that website is doing is, its providing cracked keys to people. since that key is not yours and you are using it, its considered software piracy. you can look up software piracy online, and learn more about that but don't do it irl.
