I reinstalled windows and have multiple problems

So I just reinstalled windows and formatted both of my hard drives. I got back on and I installed windows on the wrong hard drive. Also the other hard drive has completely disappeared off my computer, if anyone can help it'd be appreciated.

I would highly suggest you READ, and FOLLOW, each and every step as explained here with the most important part of the initial process being that you DISCONNECT all drives except the drive you plan to install the operating system on, and that THAT drive is connected to the SATA 0 header on your motherboard:
