Question I removed HDMI from Lenovo l340 during Fedora 34 install, and now laptop does not boot!

When turned on the screen turns on but there is no output and the fans start to rotate but then stops and then the laptop restarts. One key recovery is not working and has the same result as above.

Initially I thought something from bios might have been changed from the failed Linux install so I reset the bios by removing the CMOS battery and all. When turned on it, the screen did not turn on for a few seconds and after turning on it went back to above scenario.

EDIT: I suspect damaged GPU but can I disconnect it and then use the laptop again with only the uhd graphics ?
