[SOLVED] I removed my ram the other day to look at it placed it back in and cleaned up my pc, I turned it on and it was making a weird buzzing noise

It was not giving an output to the monitor so I don’t know what’s wrong .

It's not fully inserted into the motherboard. Push down until it clicks.
