I need to know if an HP P/N 5187-4451 can replace an HP P/N 5188-3573 to connect my P/N 5188-331 keyboard to my HP Pavilion m7360y desktop computer.

Solution
I googled the part numbers but did not find any re-assuring results and one site (iffy) stated there were no functional equivalents.

For the most part many of the sites with "results" were not places I would purchase from.....

However, your best bet is to go to HP directly and ask.

This HP website should help:

You will need to have the necessary details to drill down into the offerings to see what, if any, replacements may be viable.
