Question I replaced every part in my system apart from the CPU, could my CPU really be causing these issues ?

I'm so insanely frustrated and disappointed. I built a new system to replace my eight year old build. Here are the parts:

PCPartPicker Part List

I should note the 3080 ti was bought used off Facebook Marketplace and I have no reason to suspect it is faulty, but of course I can't be sure. This all went together pretty well, managed to get Windows 11 installed and everything running. However, after a few days tabs in Firefox would start to crash a couple times a day. Within another day or so they would crash constantly, and so would Discord (which uses a browser I believe) and SteamWebHelper which is also a browser.

I thought perhaps my RAM OC had caused file corruption over time so I decided to reinstall Windows and this time kept everything stock. Once again, it ran fine for a few days but slowly started to get corrupted again, notably Firefox. I tried replacing FF with Chrome and its tabs were also crashing. I thought maybe my SSD was bad so was about to reinstall Windows again this time with the old SSD from my previous build, when Windows crashed completely without a BSOD, and from then on I could no longer get the system to boot. No display output from any of the DP or HDMIs on both the board and my GPU. All the indicator LEDs on the mobo would turn off, including the boot LED despite disconnecting all drives from the board.

MSI support had me try using q-flash+ to flash an earlier version of the BIOS that should have been the most compatible with my CPU. After that failed to work, I was asked to provide the specific model of RAM I had installed and was told that since it wasn't in the list of "compatible" RAM for that board that I need to get different RAM. Based on some google searching that seems like a ridiculous assertion, the models on that list are only what the company has tested, not an accurate indicator of compatibility.

I decided *****

and returned the board to Amazon and bought a GIGABYTE Z790 AORUS Pro X . Got that today, and after installing everything and trying to boot, again no display output and the board's VGA LED is staying lit. I tried removing the GPU and using only the iGPU output but still the VGA LED remains lit. I've flashed three separate BIOS versions hoping one of them might work but no dice. On both the old board and this new board I have tried swapping out my RAM with the G.SKILL Trident Z5 RAM from my girlfriend's system to no avail. I also used tested with her PSU with no changes. I have now replaced every component I have available to me, which includes RAM, GPU, PSU, Motherboard, and an M.2. I don't have another LGA 1700 CPU lying around to test so that's the only component that hasn't changed throughout this ordeal. Every connector has been reseated multiple times on both boards. Is it reasonable to think there could be something wrong with my CPU?

At the next sucessful boot:

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer.

Either one or both tools may be capturing some error codes, warnings, or even informational events just prior to or at the time of the crashes.

Will the build boot into Safe Mode and remain stable?

This motherboard?

Confirm that I found the applicable User Guide.

Read and review the entire guide to verify that all installed components are supported and properly configured. Especially warnings and fine print.

One thing in particular - RAM.

Per the "Important" note on Page 27 :

"Always insert memory modules in the DIMMA2 slot first."

Details matter.

Try clear cmos with ram, gpu and drives disconnected. Clear cmos using the clr cmos pins rather than pulling out the battery. Put everything back except the 3080ti and see if igpu works.

Shouldn't matter which order dimm slots are installed before powering on, the motherboard wouldn't know, long as ram are in the correct slots. Specifying a2 being the slot to populate first would be for single stick operation. Manual just covering initial basics.
