Question I replaced my mobo and when i boot win 10 my pc shuts off completly

I upgraded my CPU mobo and ram amd when i boot win 10 to attempt setup my pc turns off yall got any ideas
Old specs:
Amd fx 8350
8gb Kingston ddr3 ram
Gtx 1060
Msi carbon pro mobo
New specs:
Ryzen 5 2600
8gb hyperx ddr4
Gtx 1060
Msi b55 tomahawk mobo
