I replaced my motherboard this weekend for an Asus X-99 Pro and my computer won't boot now. It is saying there is a ram problem but that is only when there are four sticks of ram plugged in, with anything less the computer won't do anything. With four sticks of ram plugged in the fans and leds will start but then the computer will idle and not display anything and turn off by itself after a few minutes. Any advice on the situation would be helpful.

Specs:
X-99 Pro motherboard
16 gigs of Hyper-X DDR4 Fury RAM
MSI GTX970
Kraken X61 Liquid Cooler
Intel i7 5820k
EVGA 850 PSU

Tried it I am not getting a code at all just the power leds are on. Could this be a PSU problem?
