I replaced the fan on my acer laptop. Put it all back together. As soon as installed the battery, the screen light up, flashed

I replaced the fan on my acer laptop. Put it all back together. As soon as installed the battery, the screen lit up, flashed a couple times and went blank. No power. Took it apart. Found the largest plug for the circuit board loose. Plugged it back in. Put it all together and still no power.

I'd remove cmos battery and ram sticks and leave for couple hours then try.
