I replaced with a new battery my Toshiba Satellite L645-S4102 but isn't charging the battery.

I was having touble with my old battery but I replaced it, the system recognize and measure the new battery.

At windows I can see the "Good Health" status of my battery but the battery isn't charging any more.

The orange led is turned on as charging is activated (not blinking), but at windows I can see the right-below icon with "not charging" message.
