I recently received a BSOD on my windows 8.1 and couldn't read the error message because the lower half of the screen was pixelized in a way and since I couldn't fix it myself I reset my system to factory settings and changed it to windows 10, while the problem still remains I can now read the error message and it says "irql_not_less_or_equal" every time and I also noticed that this happens only when I have a game turned on ,on my pc. Some guides and tutorials say it could be a problem with my drivers but windows says they`re up to date so I don't know what to do.
Please hlep
Thank you in advance.

Solution
Can you follow option one on the following link - here
and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD

that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD
copy that file to documents
upload the copy from documents to a cloud server and share the link here and someone with right software to read them will help you fix it :)

IRQ errors can also be RAM. Download Memtest86 and use it to make a bootable USB. Run tests on your ram sticks - up to 8 passes, 1 stick at a time. Any error count higher then 0 is too many. Remove any ram sticks that have errors
