Question I reset the windows drive, now what?

I have completely reset the drive that I had windows installed on and have no been able to set it up agia. However I have encountered 1 issue. Windows doesnt seem to
integrate my two other drives if that makes any sense. What am I suppose to do to get these drives working with windows the way they used to?

not in device manger? disk management? storage spaces?

You mean when you install something it doesn't go to the other drive?
