I saw a gameplay video around E3 time want to know the game

i saw a part of a game in a video around E3 time where you controll some black haired woman and you have to go around changing peoples memorys
the gameplay video had you make a man kill himself by making him think he killed his wife/girlfriend

anyone have any idea what i'm on about?
