i saw a spark at the north part of my mobo

after i saw the spark in the north part of my mobo i shutdown immediately my PC . then after 6 hours i turn on my PC and its still fine . i want to know what is the cause of this and is it telling me that i need to replace my mobo or my rig . my rig is 3 years old .

Possibly that skecty PSU
maybe the ram? I have had ram spark at me, but that was DDR1
