I scratched my 400c window and im devastated..

Soo i had a scratch on my side panel and decided to well use the tooth paste magic... that made it even worse. Now i have a small ball of scratches all over the old scratch.. i already contacted support for a (MAYBE) replacement . But is there anything else i can do? I also have some weird dirt that wont wash off the window . Basically the window looks like as if i took a giant Poo on it .And i clean it often with a window cleaner .

Im depressed at this point and looking at it makes me pissed off and wanting to smash it .

If in the US bring the side panel to a local hardware (Lowes/Home Depot) store that can do glass cutting and see if they can replace it for you.

I live in france sadly there arent any hardware stores that i know off . I bought the case from amazon .

I'm pretty sure France has hardware stores, even if they are locally owned and run. If they don't have that kind of equipment then look into window shops. They will be able to cut you a new panel out of common acrylic/polycarbonate or glass.
