I see random green pixels on my monitor

I started to see random flickering pixels on my monitor (not dead pixels). I don't know if my GPU is broken or if it's a monitor problem. I don't only see green pixels, sometimes they are red.If you need, here are my PC specs:
-i7 4790k
-Gigabyte GTX970
-16gb of hyperX RAM
-Rog maximus vii ranger motherboard.
My monitor is a BenQ Gaming XL2411Z

Only way to check if it's a video card issue is to test the card in another system and/or another card in yours. Could be overheating, make sure case and fans/heatsinks are clean and check temps using HWMonitor during gaming. Is it very unlikely it's a monitor issue.
