[SOLVED] I see the refresh lines on the monitor

Hello.

When I play something that runs at more than 50fps, I see the refresh lines on the monitor. The monitor is old and connected by VGA, so I had to put an (active) HDMI to VGA converter.

I already discarded options such as the adapter or the video card. I even tried another monitor and this one is fine. The only option left to try is to change the cable, although I don't think this is the reason for the failure since with an older GPU, this didn't happen to me.

Any suggestion?

Problem solved.

It was the VGA cable, even, I wouldn't say the problem was the cable alone. I just swapped it with the secondary monitor and everything's great now, on both monitors.
