I seem to have deleted my GPU?

Ok so i was having this issue with my GPU saying i could not change my settings and i was told to uninstall so i went to my device manager and said i wanted to uninstall it now here is the issue what i thought would happen is my GPU would get grayed out and i would be able to reinstall in device manager thing is my GPU just disppered from my device list.....anyway does anyone know what to do?
My gpu is a EVGA 1060 GB 3 SC

power off.. reconnect the GPU in motherboard ,,, boot ..

if you happen to use win 10 ,, the driver should auto install if you connected to internet else perform manual installation
