I seem to have disallowed logon to my only account for Windows 10 and I can't get back in.

So I was messing around with logon rules for college coursework and I think I moved my main account out of the Admin group or something and I can no longer logon. It just gives me the error message:

"The sign-in method you're trying to use isn't allowed. For more info, contact your network administrator."

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot even use my PC in this state.

Solution
Connect with Administrator account.
Your account was called something other than Administrator, right? You may need to boot into safe mode to do that.

No no, I was just doing some work on the coursework at home and taking screenshots as I did it to use in my coursework. The issue is on my home PC.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from inters3ctgaming : "How to logon with the built in administrator account in windows 10?"

I have enabled the built in administrator account using command prompt and need to logon using it. I locked myself out of my only account and I need to change whatever I did to the user groups back so it let's me back on my account.
