Question I serviced my PC and now it's power cycling

I serviced my PC and now it's power cycling. I have a feeling that it might be insufficient for the hardware it's running but it worked fine before I cleaned it out. I'm at loss, can someone help me?

What do you mean you "serviced your PC"?

What are your full system specs and make and model of PSU?

Possible you knocked something loose like ram.

My specs are:
Motherboard: MSI b350 gaming plus
CPU: Intel I7 8700
GPU: GTX 1660 6g
RAM: 16g 2666MHz
1tb Seagate barracuda and a 120gb Kingston SSD
PSU: Cooler Master Litepower 450w
I know the PSU is insufficient for the hard ware, I was planning to get a 600w next week

When I said "serviced my PC" I meant just cleaning it out

I am so sorry, I think the 24 pin motherboard connection was not seated properly it's working now, sorry to be such a bother
