i should use power off button to turn off my laptop

my laptop is Lenovo S510p,it was fine till i installed windows 10,now when i work with it more than 1 hour ,i should use power button to turn it off,the other way it won't turn off...help:l

Yes, it's okay to press the power button to shut down properly, but press it only for a second otherwise it will just suddenly turn off if you keep the button pressed for too long, and that's not good for the file system.

I can't help you with the shutdown through Windows not working.
