I spilled milk on my keyboard

I spilled milk on my keyboard while i was playing competitive and i was too lazy to remove it with water.So i just brought tissue and wiped it (after 5 mins).The next day,i saw the part where the milk was had blue-white ink-ish mark(rust or something).how do i remove it?
