I’ll keep it short. I spilled water on my extension cord where my computer and 2 monitors were connected, my computer when i press the power button turns on for a second and then shuts down. Does that mean i need to buy a new power supply?
99% its the psu, 1% mobo. If you got a friend with a psu try that first before buying (or if you can buy it then return it if its not the psu if the shop allow it) the worst thing is if it jumped over psu and shorted the mobo. Most psu have protecions for that but its still possible. Fingers crossed its the psu. Best of luck and may the mobo survive

Liquid and computers in close proximity is a bad idea. I don't allow it if someone's using my PC.
If you want a drink, leave the PC station to have one.
