I start up Windows 7 in Normal Mode and it takes forever to load and doesn't show icons

Hi all,

Recently I dropped my Asus laptop on the ground now whenever I boot it up in normal mode it takes forever to load, but it work perfectly fine in Safe mode? Also when it finally boots in normal mode a error comes up saying windows explorer is not responding every time.

I also already had a unresolved problem with this computer a lot of times it randomly reboots itself like 3-4 times until it finally works.

Any help is appreciated!

it would be either reinstall window to see if it is a software issue, you going to need to backup your data first.
It that don't fix it, something wrong with the hardware when you drop it.
