Over the past few weeks I somehow have downloaded http://usaaa.s3websiteuseast1.amazonaws.com/?grp=4. I still have Windows XP and have scanned with Kaspersky and Adaware and they haven't removed this. It drastically slows down my computer. Any ideas?

Try using malwarebytes (www.malwarebytes.org) it should be able to clean whatever is affecting your pc.
